Import electronic components to India

Need a part that nobody in India stocks, or a price that only makes sense in bulk from abroad? Send us the part numbers and quantities. We bring them in, clear customs, and hand you one price in rupees that already includes freight, duty and GST — so there is nothing to work out afterwards.

  • ICs, microcontrollers, sensors, modules, connectors and passives
  • One all-inclusive INR price — freight, customs duty, clearing and GST are already in it
  • One GST invoice for the full landed cost, so your accounts stay simple
  • Parts usually reach us in Surat in about 12–15 working days, then go out by courier across India
  • We buy only what you confirm — no minimum order of our own

How it works

  1. Send the part numbers and quantities on WhatsApp, or upload your BOM
  2. We check availability and send one INR price per part, with GST included and the expected date
  3. You confirm and pay; we place the order and keep you posted on WhatsApp
  4. Parts land in Surat, we check them, and courier them to you with the GST invoice

Why importing yourself is harder than it looks

The price you see on an overseas website is only the start. By the time a parcel reaches your bench you have also paid international freight, customs duty, clearing charges and GST, and you have spent hours on paperwork. If the invoice or the HSN code is wrong, the parcel sits at customs and the delay costs more than the part.

There is also the money side. Paying a foreign supplier means a bank remittance, foreign exchange and, for a company, the paperwork that goes with it. For one or two parts that effort is rarely worth it. For a production run it is a job in itself.

When we import for you, all of that sits with us. You deal in rupees, with one supplier, on one invoice — and you can claim the GST on the whole amount in the normal way.

What we can bring in

Mostly the parts an Indian engineer cannot find locally at a sensible price: microcontrollers and processors, analogue and power ICs, sensors, RF and wireless modules, memory, connectors, crystals, and the long tail of passives in reels.

We also import bare PCBs, SMT stencils and assembled boards through our PCB partner. If your project needs parts and boards together, they can go on the same enquiry and the same invoice.

  • Hard-to-find and end-of-life parts, when stock still exists somewhere
  • Reel quantities for production, where the price per piece drops
  • Development boards, modules and evaluation kits
  • Parts that are in India but only at a price that does not work for your build

How long it takes, honestly

From your confirmation, parts usually reach our office in Surat in about 12–15 working days. Courier inside India adds roughly 2–6 working days depending on where you are.

That is the normal run. Customs can be slower in a festival week, and a part that has to come from a far warehouse can add days. We tell you the expected date before you pay, and if it moves, we tell you on WhatsApp rather than leaving you guessing.

If you need something faster and it exists in India, we will say so and quote you the Indian option instead. Importing is not always the right answer and we would rather tell you that than take the order.

One price, one invoice, no surprises

Our quotation shows one rupee price per part, inclusive of GST, with the expected delivery time beside it. That price is what you pay. We do not send a customs bill afterwards, and we do not add handling charges at the end.

You get a single GST invoice covering the full landed cost of the goods. For a company that keeps accounting simple: one entry, one supplier, input credit on the whole amount.

Who we usually do this for

Product companies building their first batch and the tenth, design houses who need samples before a layout is frozen, repair and service businesses chasing a part that stopped being made, and colleges and labs that want a GST invoice for a purchase order.

Orders range from a handful of ICs to full BOMs in reel quantities. There is no minimum from our side — if it is worth importing, we will quote it.

Questions

How long does an imported part take to reach me?

Parts usually reach us in Surat in about 12–15 working days from your confirmation, then courier inside India takes roughly 2–6 working days. We give you the expected date with the quotation and tell you on WhatsApp if anything changes.

Is customs duty and GST included in the price?

Yes. The rupee price we send is all-inclusive — freight, customs duty, clearing and GST are already in it. You get one GST invoice for the full landed cost.

Do I have to deal with customs or a foreign bank payment?

No. You pay us in rupees in India. The import, the customs clearance and the overseas payment are ours to handle.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum from our side. We import single pieces as well as reel quantities — though for very small orders the shipping share per piece is naturally higher.

What if the part is already available in India?

We will tell you and quote the Indian option, which is usually quicker. Importing only makes sense when the part is not here or the price difference is real.

Can I import PCBs and components together?

Yes. Bare PCBs, stencils and assembled boards come through our PCB partner and can go on the same enquiry and the same invoice as your parts.

What happens if a part arrives wrong or damaged?

Tell us within 48 hours with photos. After checking we replace it or refund it — the same as any other order, see Shipping & returns.
