Send us your bill of materials and we price every line: what is in India, what has to be imported, and what needs an alternate. You get one rupee price per part with GST included, and one invoice for the whole list instead of four suppliers and four follow-ups.
A bill of materials rarely arrives clean. Part numbers are shortened, a package is missing, a line says "0.1uF cap" with no voltage or size, and two lines turn out to be the same part written differently. Somewhere in the list there is a part that went end-of-life two years ago.
Then there is the splitting. Half the list sits with Indian distributors, a few lines only exist abroad, and one or two need a substitute. Buying that from four places means four minimum orders, four couriers, four invoices and four people to chase.
We take the whole list as it is. We clean it up, tell you what we had to assume, and come back with one priced sheet.
Every line gets a rupee price with GST already included, so nothing is added later. Where a part is imported, that price already carries freight, customs duty and clearing — the full landed cost, not an ex-works number you have to work up.
Beside each line you see the quantity we priced, the expected lead time and, where it matters, a note: in stock in India, to be imported, or alternate suggested. If we could not source a line at all, it stays on the sheet marked as not available rather than disappearing.
When a part is end-of-life, out of stock everywhere, or priced far above its neighbours, we look for a substitute with the same footprint and the same key specifications and put it beside the original with a note on what differs.
We do not substitute silently. A capacitor with a different voltage rating or a sensor with a different interface can cost you a board spin, and that is your call to make, not ours. If you prefer to wait for the original, we will tell you what the wait looks like.
Parts already in India usually reach us in about 2–4 working days, then go out by courier. Imported lines usually reach our office in Surat in about 12–15 working days. Courier inside India adds roughly 2–6 working days.
A mixed BOM therefore has two dates, and we show both so you can decide: ship everything together, or take the Indian stock first and the rest when it lands. Either way we keep you posted on WhatsApp rather than going quiet.
For a prototype we usually price small quantities with a little spare on the fragile lines, so a lost 0402 does not stop your build. For a production run we price at your build quantity, in reels where it makes sense, and tell you which lines have a long lead time so they can be ordered early.
If you also need bare PCBs, stencils or assembly, those go through our PCB partner and can sit on the same quotation — one price, one invoice, one person to call.
Excel or CSV is easiest, but a PDF, a screenshot or a photo of a handwritten list is fine. We read it and come back if a line is unclear.
Yes. The line stays on the sheet marked as not available, usually with an alternate beside it. We never quietly drop a line.
No. We suggest an alternate with a note on what is different and you decide. The part you specified stays the first choice.
Yes. Every line is priced in rupees with GST included, and imported lines already carry freight, duty and clearing. One GST invoice covers the whole list.

No. We quote small prototype lists and full production BOMs alike.
